Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from AP Engine LLC (“AP Engine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review it before purchasing or engaging our services.

1. Scoped Engagements

Every engagement is scoped individually in a proposal or service agreement, which sets out the deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule agreed with the client. That agreement governs the specific refund terms for that engagement unless stated otherwise below.

2. Deposits and Setup Fees

Deposits or setup fees paid to begin an engagement are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover the initial strategy, planning, and account setup involved in starting a project.

3. Ongoing / Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly engagements, clients may cancel future billing periods at any time in accordance with the notice period set out in their service agreement. Fees already paid for a current billing period are not refunded for that period, but no further charges will apply after cancellation takes effect.

4. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

If you are not satisfied with a specific deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to revise the deliverable in line with the original scope. Refunds for completed, delivered work are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided for delays caused by a client’s failure to provide timely access, content, approvals, or information reasonably required for AP Engine to perform the services.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email faysal@aplayerengines.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that engagement.
